Excerpt from meeting dated 17/12/2015.
First we agreed on the idea that, we will not exactly try to imitate Nitin's particle. Because it will be too artificial and will deviate us from the fact of studying reason behind the trapping.
Then we decided to do the following task
1) Look at the phase diagram as a function of diffusion noise.
2) Devise some method to check the quality of trapping(purity+full trapping).
3) Try to see what happens when you take funnel shape instead of a trap.
I have kept the trapping related videos in my dropbox folder and shared the same with you. In the videos name first index tells us about the angular noise of big particle and second index tells us about the angular noise of small particle(Run and tumble particle).
