Some comments:
> 1) Look at the phase diagram as a function of diffusion noise.
More precisely, look at the phase diagram, with emphasis on efficiency of separation, as a function of the angular noise of the "run-&-tumble" particle.
> 2) Devise some method to check the quality of trapping(purity+full trapping).
You need to define separate order parameters for trapping and segregation. We discussed these last time. Please write down and implement these.
> 3) Try to see what happens when you take funnel shape instead of a trap.
